Returns and Exchanges 

Canadian Orders

Not in love with your purchase or gift? We would happy to provide either a return or exchange. Please let us know within 5 days of receiving your purchase. We will require the order number and that the merchandise is in its original condition and packaging where applicable. After 5 days we will be happy to honour an exchange up to 30 days after the purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We're happy to offer a convenient return process, including a provided shipping label. Please note a $15 flat fee for the label will be deducted from your refund or store credit. 

US and International Orders

To return your product, please let us know within 5 business days of receiving your purchase. Then you should mail your product to: 101 Maple Street, Port Carling, ON P0B 1J0. We do not cover the cost of shipping or the duties accosiated with the returned package and don't provide return labels for US and international orders. If the duties were not pre-paid by the customer, we will deduct the amount from the refund. We also do not cover the shipping fees for the exchanged items.

All sale items are final sale.

For in-store purchases

If you made a purchase at our physical store in Port Carling, please let us know within 5 days to get a refund and within 14 days for an exchange or store credit.
